Designed for you peace of mind, our service ensures your vending and coffee machines are working effectively. If you do experience any problem’s our customer services team are only a call away.
Our dedicated Engineering Department is here to help with any faults, issues or problems, reported. Service contracts may come standard with new equipment, or with existing or refurbished equipment, these can be available to purchase separately. Once a fault is reported, our Head of Engineering will contact you to try and resolve the issue remotely or dispatch an engineer to site. Our engineers hold a broad range of parts, resulting in a high first fix ratio. Working closely with our customers, if the situation does not present a fixable solution, we have the capacity to swap out equipment, to ensure our customers maintain their productivity levels.
For any plumbed machines, our engineering team will schedule your six month or annual filter change, it is important that these are completed to maintain service levels and help reduce any faults occurring.
