Services

For any plumbed machines, our engineering team will schedule your six month or annual water filter change and pressure tests depending on the machine. It is important that these are completed to maintain service levels and help reduce any faults occurring. The water filters play a key role in preventing limescale build-up and maintaining balanced PH levels to ensure that you have a great tasting drink.

All Water Filter changes and Pressure Tests will also come with a deep cleaning hygiene service to the machine by our engineers.

The Pressure tests will only be required on the group machines, we will inspect the inside of the boiler and perform a safety valve test to ensure that it is safe to use.

These services are part of your contract, we will not charge for labour if you build up a good order history with us on an annual basis.

These are the most common services we offer for the machines:

All water coolers and boilers will require a filter change and hygiene service every 6 months. We will also do a PH reading to ensure that all is functioning correctly.

All Espresso Group machines will require an annual filter change, hygiene service and pressure test.

All Incup machines will require an annual filter change and hygiene service.

Most other espresso vending machines will require an annual filter change and hygiene service to keep it running smoothly.

All machines that are not mains fed will require a Brita Tank water filter change to keep the machine running correctly.

Repairs

It’s important to note that all contracts we provide include a warranty period covering parts and labor, as long as all machine-related products are bought exclusively from Caffe Delizia. Using products from other sources will void the warranty, and you’ll be charged for both labour and parts. After the warranty period ends, you’ll be charged for parts, and labor costs apply only if goods are purchased elsewhere.
