Refund Policy

We hope that you are happy with your Caffe Delizia purchase, however, we understand that this may change. We offer a hassle-free returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.

If a product is faulty or defective, then we are very sorry. Please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free of charge collection either through chase freight or by hand if we have a someone in your area. Please ensure that it is sent back in the condition you received it, and we will arrange a refund or for a replacement product to be sent to you.

If you have simply changed your mind, you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Please return the products at your own cost to us in an unopened, non-damaged and re-saleable condition. Please note that the costs of returning your item(s) must be paid by you. We recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage. Once the item has been received back, we will refund your order.
